Dog Walking Services

We offer three types of walks: private (one dog), pair (two dogs), and group walks (three to five dogs), with varying durations to suit your pet's needs.

Private walks are available for 30, 45, or 60 minutes, pair walks for 45 or 60 minutes, and group walks are 60 or 90 minutes. Prices vary based on duration and type of walk.

Additional charges apply for walks on holidays and during off-service hours, typically amounting to an extra $5/walk.

Dogs are thoughtfully matched based on temperament, size, and energy levels. Currently, we have four groups: two in Downtown along Lake Shore Blvd E (one for small and medium breeds, the other for large breeds), one in North York along Bayview Ave mainly for small and medium breeds, and one on Yonge St, from Yonge/Lawrence Ave E to Yonge/St Clair Ave E, primarily for medium and large breeds.

Recognizing the challenge of finding dedicated professionals in a field often viewed as part-time or temporary. That's why all our walkers are full-time professionals with a minimum of 4 years of pet care experience. Many of our team members are skilled in areas like dog training, dog psychology, grooming, and animal nutrition. This ensures we handle all situations professionally and care for your dog as much as you do. Our commitment is to providing the highest level of care and professionalism for your dog.

Yes, you can request a specific walker, subject to their availability. Clients who choose our value bundle and loyalty package enjoy priority booking. Priority booking allows these clients first access to scheduling and rescheduling, ensuring they have the best chance to book their preferred walker, even during busy times. This feature is particularly beneficial for clients who require consistent walker availability for their pets.

For severe weather conditions like snowstorms where it's unsafe for walks, we prioritize safety by canceling the service. Clients are informed promptly about cancellations, at least 60 minutes before the scheduled walk. In these cases, we process a refund for the canceled service within 5 business days, ensuring our clients are treated fairly and kept informed.

To ensure utmost safety, all dogs are walked on a leash 100% of the time. Additionally, we use trackers for each dog during walks, allowing us to monitor their location and movement closely.

Certainly. We arrange a meet-and-greet with the walker before service initiation, tailored to your schedule after you fill out our booking form. This session is crucial for ensuring a good match between your pet and the walker. If you feel the walker isn't the best fit, we can suggest other walkers, or you can cancel the booking without any charges. Our goal is to ensure you are completely comfortable with the arrangements.

Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours in advance without a charge. Late cancellations might incur a fee.

Pet Sitting Services

We offer sitting services for a wide range of pets including dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, and more. For specific inquiries or unusual pets, please contact us for more information.

Visits can be 30, 45, or 60 minutes long, price staring at $26, $30, and $32 respectively.

Yes, we offer pet sitting for extended periods. For clients needing longer care, such as during vacations, we provide overnight pet sitting service.

Visits include feeding, watering, playtime, medical administration. Additional services can be requested.

Yes, we can administer medication as per your instructions.

Our sitters are highly experienced, each with at least 4 years of experience, ensuring trustworthy service. We encourage clients to use home cameras during their absence. Recording our sitters during pet sitting is permissible, except in overnight sitting scenarios where the sitter's sleeping and restroom areas cannot be recorded for privacy. Clients can request our sitters to record the entire pet sitting process, with recordings sent upon request. All keys and tags are securely stored in a safe at the sitter's home, labeled only with the pet's name for security. These will be returned to the client on the last day of service.

Dog Training Services

We offer private sessions and mini classes. 

Private sessions come in three levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced:

Beginner Level: Focuses on foundational training, like basic commands (sit, stay, come), leash manners, and socialization.

Intermediate Level: Builds on basic skills with more complex commands and behavior training, like commands (heel, wait, place), and  walk calmly through crowded areas or ignore distractions.

Advanced Level: Refines skills and addresses specific training goals, such as off-leash training, distance commands, or preparing for dog sports.

Our mini classes concentrate on one to two specific themes, including potty training, leash training, separation anxiety, trick training, reactivity towards certain stimuli or people, pulling, and aggressive behavior.

For private sessions, each level includes 6 classes, with each class lasting 45 minutes. Regarding mini classes, each session is 60 minutes long. The number of sessions needed depends on the dog's progress, typically ranging from 1 to 2 sessions.

Yes, our mini classes are tailored to address a wide range of behavioral issues. We assess each dog individually to understand their specific challenges and create a customized training plan. Whether it's issues with aggression, excessive barking, jumping, or any other specific behavior, our experienced trainers are equipped to work with your dog to improve their behavior and enhance their overall well-being.

Our dog training services will be available again in June 2024. Currently, they are only open to existing clients due to limited trainer availability. We typically have two trainers, Duncan and Matthew, but Duncan has temporarily moved back to his hometown, leaving us with just one trainer. Since training sessions are conducted on weekends to allow pet owners to participate and learn ongoing training techniques, our capacity is currently reduced. We're working to resume full services as soon as possible and appreciate your understanding.

Payment and Pricing

We accept cash and e-transfer payments. For e-transfers, please include the invoice number in the transfer notes.

Payment is due on the first day of each month or on the day of the first service, whichever occurs first.

Yes, we offer a 50% discount for the second and subsequent pets in households requiring identical dog walking services. For pet sitting services, which include drop-in visits and overnight sitting, there is an additional charge of $5 for each extra pet.

A $5 surcharge applies for services outside standard hours (9 AM to 6 PM) and on recognized holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, New Year’s Day (January 1), Family Day (the third Monday in February), Good Friday (the Friday before Easter Sunday), Victoria Day (the Monday before May 25), Canada Day (July 1), Labour Day (the first Monday in September), Thanksgiving Day (the second Monday in October), Christmas Day (December 25), and Boxing Day (December 26).

Booking and Cancellation Policy

To get started, kindly fill in the booking form on our website. Once you've done that, we'll schedule a meet-and-greet to get to know you and your pet better, and finalize all the details of your booking.

We recommend booking at least 7 days in advance for the best chance of securing your preferred time slots. However, we understand that sometimes you might need to book on short notice. While we strive to accommodate such requests, please be aware that availability on short notice cannot always be guaranteed. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Cancellations can be made via text message, email or phone, preferably 24 hours in advance.

A $10 late cancellation fee applies if not done 24 hours in advance, except for Loyalty Program members.

Yes, rescheduling is possible subject to availability, ideally with 24 hours' notice.

A $5 rescheduling fee is charged without 24-hour notice, waived for Loyalty Program members.

Yes, refunds for unused services are available after deducting any applicable cancellation fees, processed within 10 business days.
